Launch the Software

• After download and install, click on the start menu and find the software Or
• Double click on the software icon to start it.

User Interface

Softaken MSG Duplicate Remover offers a friendly interface with few simple steps to remove duplicates from Outlook MSG files. Once you launch it, the first image appears as –

The next step is to upload Outlook MSG files. For this, users have two different options –

• Select Folder – This will help users to add a folder of MSG files, containing various files.
• Select File – For uploading a single MSG file. One by one adding of MSG files by this option.

Browse button – Now, click on the Browse option and add Outlook MSG files on the software panel.

Select Remove duplicate type

The software provides two options for removing duplicate items –

• Remove duplicates across the folder – This option will help you to remove duplicate items from all folders. Any item outside the folder is also considered with this option.
• Remove duplicates within the folder – To remove duplicates only within the folder.

Mention output file location

Go to the Browse button and choose the location of your system to save the filtered MSG files.

Remove Duplicate Emails

Now, click on Remove Duplicate Emails button and this commences the process of removing MSG file duplicates.

Note: If you have a demo version of Softaken MSG Duplicate Remover, you can find out all duplicate items within MSG files but can't export the files. For this, you need to upgrade to the licensed edition.
