Launch the Software

• Click start icon and find Software with the help of Software name, Or
• Double click Softaken Software Icon on the Desktop.

User Interface

Softaken Lotus Notes Contacts Converter is a very simple User Interface. After installing Softaken Lotus Notes Contacts Converter software, you will see the software interface as shown below:

The user interface contains two radio buttons:

• Select Single/Multiple NSF File (s) - To select single NSF file
• Select Folder Having NSF Files (recursive) - To select single folder having multiple NSF files

The user has to select an option from the above as per the requirement.

• Click on Browse button that helps you to browse Lotus Notes NSF Files.

Export Option

• Export .VCF Format Files - To Export Lotus Notes Contacts into VCF format
• Export .MSG Format Files - To Export Lotus Notes Contacts into MSG format
• Create PST having Lotus Notes Calendars - To create MS Outlook PST file from Lotus Notes Contacts
• PST Type
• Single PST File - To create single PST file for all NSF files
• Multiple PST for each NSF File - To create each PST file all NSF files
• Click on Browse to select the output location.
• Click on Start Generating Now and the conversion process begins.
