Add Outlook OST/PST file:
Hit the Browse button, if you have a single PST/OST file.
Choose Export Type:
In this step, you need to select the items that you want to extract from Outlook files. Select any one of them to extract –
Attachments Extraction –
Option | Description |
---|---|
File Extension | You will find various file extension attachments. You can select the desired one or all. It depends on your needs. If you want to specify a particular file extension, then choose Custom option and provide the file extension for extracting attachments. |
Remove duplicate attachments | You can also remove duplicate attachments according to name and size by mark "Remove duplicate attachments" |
Browse | Click on the Browse option and mention a location to save the exported attachments. |
Process Now | Hit the Process Now button to start extracting attachments. |
Email Address –
Option | Description |
---|---|
Source | Here, you can choose all or select desired email addresses to extract like to, cc, fro, reply, to, etc. |
Export in | You can export the email address into a single file or create multiple files for each Outlook PST/OST file. |
Browse | use the Browse button to mention the output path. |
Process Now | To start exporting Outlook email address to local system. |
Calendars –
Two options are provided by the application in which Outlook calendars can be exported.
Option | Description |
---|---|
Browse | To choose the location to save the exported calendars ICS/MSG file. |
Process Now | Hit the Process Now button to begin the Outlook calendars extraction process. |
Contacts -
You can get two options with this application in which Outlook contacts are exported –
Option | Description |
---|---|
Browse | This will locate a path of your system where you can save the exported contacts from Outlook. |
Process Now | By click on the Process Now button, the process of exporting Outlook contacts to VCF/MSG gets started. |
